- If Sellers fail to deliver services, Asostartup may intervene to resolve the dispute.
6. Payments
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
- Asostartup may charge service fees or marketplace fees.
- All payouts to Sellers depend on the internal payment/withdrawal policies.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued if:
- The service was not delivered,
- The work delivered was clearly incomplete,
- There is proof of misleading or fraudulent behavior.
All refund decisions are made at Asostartup’s sole discretion.
